Lees-McRae College

Lees-McRae College has chosen EDC to manage conversion of historic Reynolds Gymnasium into the new Student Recreation Complex. Phase 1 will include the addition and renovation of the upper level gymnasium, a new entry and an elevator loading dock. The 2nd and 3rd phases will include a new fitness center, a cafe and patio overlooking the Elk River.

EDC was also retained to assist with energy improvement projects throughout the campus.  The first phase consisted of decentralization of the existing boiler plant to smaller, more efficient boiler systems.
