Westchester Commons
Midlothian, Virginia

EDC is working with The Zaremba Group and Metropolitan Partnership to manage the retail site development of Westchester Commons, a new lifestyle center planned for Midlothian, Virginia at Routes 60 & 288. The retail center will be part of a multi-use project that will include 1,600 residential units and two million square feet of office space. When completed in 2009, Westchester Commons will offer almost one million square feet of retail space.
