EDC has built over 150 locations for office supply clients including OfficeMax, Office Depot and Staples. In the early 1990s, EDC successfully completed one of the first OfficeMax locations built in the country. Based on OfficeMax’s great experience with that first store in Virginia Beach Virginia, EDC went on to build over 100 new locations throughout the United States. In 1999, EDC was awarded OfficeMax General Contractor of the Year.
