Manorhouse Retirement Communities

In 1999, EDC was retained by Manorhouse Retirement Communities to assist with the Construction Management of three 55,000 square foot Assisted Living Facilities in South Carolina and Tennessee. EDC was subsequently retained to assist with the construction of three additional projects for Manorhouse, including development of new prototypes, management of new construction and resolution of challenges with construction of existing projects.
