The Concourse at Wyndham

In 1993, Snyder Hunt Corporation selected EDC to manage the development of The Concourse at Wyndham, the 60-acre office park component of a 1000-acre development in western Henrico County. EDC directed the master planning of the park, site plan approval, and the successful development of Concourse I, Snyder Hunt's Richmond office and Concourse II, Hewlett Packard's Richmond office. Following the completion of Concourse II, Snyder Hunt achieved its goal of divesting of the park to Highwoods Properties.
