In 1998, RF&P selected EDC to manage the development of this 60,000 square foot office building in the Innsbrook Office Park in Henrico County, Virginia. EDC directed the entire design and construction process, including management of the design team, cost estimating and CPM scheduling, contract negotiations and construction management through building occupancy.
