EDC has previously worked with Compson Development on several retail projects. In 2005, EDC managed the site and building construction of Wards Crossing, Phase I, a 75,000 square foot retail center in Lynchburg, VA. The center opened in late 2006 and includes a Kohls, Ross Dress for Less, Old Navy, A.C. Moore, Dress Barn, Famous Footwear and various smaller shops.
