Westchester Commons

EDC worked with The Zaremba Group and Metropolitan Partnership to manage the retail site development of Westchester Commons, a new lifestyle center in Midlothian, Virginia at Routes 60 & 288. The retail center is part of a multi-use project that will include 1,600 residential units and two million square feet of office space. When completed, Westchester Commons will offer almost one million square feet of retail space.
