Project Description:  On our first project with Consolidated, EDC was hired to build a 20-screen cinema in Richmond, Virginia. We were able to get the project under budget and deliver the building on time for the much anticipated debut. EDC was subsequently awarded the 16-screen Consolidated Theatre in Suffolk, Virginia.
