Jeffrey Broderick is the Executive Vice President of Business Development for EDC, a national commercial General Contractor located in Richmond, VA. EDC builds retail, grocery, entertainment, sports, and recreation, industrial and self-storage throughout the entire Eastern United States. He is responsible for creating and maintaining key client relationships to generate new and repeat business for the company. Jeffrey is a valued member of EDC’s Executive team and a Shareholder.

Prior to joining EDC in 2009, Jeffrey worked as a commercial Real Estate Developer and Project Architect. He played an integral role in the sourcing, due diligence, design, entitlements, and construction of multiple large-scale retail projects across the country. 

Jeffrey has over 25 years of combined experience in the Construction, Development, and Design fields. He brings an expert knowledge of the industry and a hands-on approach to every project. Through constant communication and commitment, he provides unparalleled experience and innovative solutions to meet his clients’ needs.
