EDC provided turnkey interior construction services for a new full-service The Fresh Market location in Aiken, South Carolina. The 20,000 square foot specialty grocery store was delivered with a focus on quality execution, coordination, and schedule discipline to support a smooth opening.

Working in collaboration with Halvorsen Development Corp. and TFF Architects & Planners, our team managed interior construction and façade improvements, ensuring alignment across design intent, field execution, and operational requirements. The project required close coordination of specialty trades and finishes typical of a full-service grocery environment.
