How Does Employee-Ownership Sound?
We aim to transform each team member into a shareholder. Once a team member completes 10 years of service, they will have the opportunity to become an owner. However, exceptionally performing team members may be presented with ownership opportunities as soon as they reach their 5th year of service.

At EDC, we prioritize work-life balance and recognize the importance of rest and relaxation. We encourage our team members to make use of our Paid Time Off (PTO) system, whether it's for leisure, health reasons, or vacation. The choice of how and why to use your PTO is entirely yours.

Our team members receive 3 paid national holidays, and the week after Christmas to the new year off and paid!
10 days
Team members receive 10 days of PTO after the first full year of employment.
15 days
After 2 years of employment, out team members receive 15 days of PTO.
20 days
Upon reaching 11 years of employment, out team members receive 20 days of PTO.

are in constant communication with your project team. Our
Superintendents receive company provided laptops,
software, smartphones, and printer/scanner/fax technology.
Additionally, there are a couple of headquarters based
employee appreciation/state of the company events and
social engagements.
WORK/LIFE BALANCE
EDC cares about our Superintendents' work/life
balance. As a Traveling Superintendent, we endeavor
to send you home every 2 weeks. In the event it is not
possible to send you home, we will gladly pay for your significant other to travel to you.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT + RECOGNITION
EDC encourages you to continue to develop your
professional skills through education. We offer the
opportunity for ongoing training, which includes quarterly safety meetings and education as part of your employment in addition to our annual tuition reimbursement program! We also showcase and reward for a job well done with our annual jobsite recognition awards.
