EDC completed the construction of Carmel Self Storage in Carmel, New York for Diamond Point Development. The project included a new three story self storage facility totaling approximately 105,000 square feet, along with  a separate 1,200 square foot office building and seven acres of site work. Construction took place in an active environment with public presence nearby, requiring careful safety planning and coordination between multiple trades. The team managed concurrent construction of both buildings while addressing challenging hilly and rocky site conditions during winter months. 

The completed facility reflects the coordination and planning required for successful self storage construction projects.
