The Knowledgeworks project was designed to assist entrepreneurs in new business development. It contains 50% flexible office suites and 50% flexible laboratory modules that can be combined and contracted as a firm’s business model requires.

The glass enclosed connecting bridge contains conference facilities to serve the entire project. Both phases are heated and cooled with a geothermal/geo-exchange well system.
