Drive Shack | Golf Entertainment Facility Construction


EDC served as general contractor  for the ground-up construction of the 66,000-square-foot Drive Shack entertainment facility on a 15-acre site  in Richmond, Virginia. The three-story sports-entertainment venue combines a 96-bay, all-weather golf driving range with restaurant, hospitality, entertainment and event spaces.


The facility brings multiple uses together within one destination, including a full-service restaurant, two bars, a rooftop terrace and lounge, arcade, meeting and event space, and a large commercial kitchen.
