EDC constructed a 29,000-square-foot second-floor expansion  for NOVA of Virginia Aquatics in Richmond, Virginia. The project added 800+ spectator and bleacher seats and additional viewing areas within the existing aquatics facility.

Construction took place over an active pool environment while pool access and ongoing operations continued. EDC coordinated temporary protection from the pool deck to the roof to control construction dust and debris, new bleacher-support tie-ins with existing Phase 1 construction, and vapor-barrier continuity in pool-adjacent walls. Major work was also sequenced around the facility's operating schedule.
