EDC was retained by Randolph-Macon in 2020 to provide feasibility, estimating, design management, and construction management services for the construction of Duke Hall, a multi-use athletic and classroom building on the school’s campus in Ashland.

The new building houses locker rooms and team offices for the Jackets’ football, field hockey, and lacrosse teams.  Overlooking Day Field are a press box and VIP suite, complete with catering facilities.  The northside of the building is complete with walkout access to the Day Field stands, with seating for 1,800 spectators. The building's third floor now serves as the home for R-MC’s new Physician’s Assistant program, which welcomed its first cohort of students in 2023.
